ISD Chimaera Mel Miniatures

The Chimaera was a modified Imperial I-class Star Destroyer captained by Imperial Admiral Thrawn during the Galactic Civil War.

Armed with Turbolaser batteries, Ion canos, a tractor beam and Proton torpedo launchers the Chimaera a serious threat to any enemy ship.Another difference was the Chimaera’s eight Turbolasers surrounding its conning tower.
Unlike some other Imperial Is that had large double-barreled turrets, the Star Destroyers of the Seventh Fleet featured eight-barreled turrets.

Additionally, the Chimaera had two opposite hangar bays, one located at either end of its ventral docking bay, unlike some other Imperial I-classes.A large door could cover the aft bay when it was not in use.
The 3 Hangers carry star fighters of classes like the TIE/d Defender Multi-Role Starfighters or theTIE/ln space superiority starfighters.
But also small transport ships to send troops or supply to the battle like the Sentinel-class landing crafts or the Lambda-class T-4a shuttles.

Protected by 2 ISD-72x shield generator domes witch are powered by a Solar ionization reactor.
On the Chimaera serve 37,085 crew members, 3 Imperial Royal Guards and 9,700 troops.

After the Chimaera was pulled into hyperspace by a swarm of purrgils by Ezra with the entire crew on board.
The ship traveled to a far galaxy and settled on Peridea where it waited for years.
Upon the arrival of Imperial Remnant forces.
